Mount Street

Mount Street Group, a global provider of third-party loan servicing and credit asset management services, has appointed Fatima Badini as its new head of human resources, effective September.

Based in London, Badini will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with its business objectives across Mount Street’s global office network of nine offices. As the HR team leader, she will use her strategic perspective to enhance existing strengths, lead people strategy and organisational change, and foster an inclusive workplace.

Badini has more than 20 years of HR transformation, employee relations, and talent management experience across the financial services and legal sectors.

She most recently served as HR director and board member at investment banking firm Peel Hunt, where she led the global HR strategy, succession planning, and organisational development, while also overseeing facilities management.

Previously, she held senior HR and administration leadership roles at Goodwin Procter, The Navigators Group, and Heller Ehrman. She has also advised US start-ups and financial services firms on HR and regulatory matters.

Badini said: “Mount Street is a pan-European loan service provider, with the talent and infrastructure to mirror that success in the US. I’m committed to strengthening our people-first culture and ensuring our HR strategies empower employees to thrive.”

Stephan Plagemann, chief financial officer of Mount Street Group, added: “As head of HR, Fatima will play a key role in fostering a unified and inclusive culture across Mount Street’s global offices, drawing on her expertise in strategic HR and organisational transformation. Fatima’s commitment to developing people and driving cultural change aligns perfectly with our mission to support innovation and collaboration across our organisation.”
