Global financial services consultancy and technology provider Synechron has appointed Samantha Screene as associate director of HR.
Screene, who has more than 20 years of industry experience across sectors such as retail, insurance, pharmaceuticals, defence, telecoms and the NHS, will be based at Synechron's London office.
In her new position, Screene will help to develop the organisation's Employee 2020 initiative, which centres around the business values of ambition, innovation, empowerment, responsibility and a limitless drive for excellence. The Employee 2020 initiative is designed to recognise existing employees using rewards, career progression and mentorship. It also aims to improve talent attraction.
Previously, Screene worked as head of HR, business partnering at Direct Line Group, human resources business partner at RBS, HR business partner at T-Mobile and senior HR business partner at defence contracting organisation Raytheon.
