Standard Life has partnered LEBC to provide a packaged auto-enrolment product to LEBC’s small and medium-sized employer clients.

The package includes:

  • Access to online resources for employers to administer their scheme and for employees to join and manage their pension.
  • A suite of member communications to help promote the benefits of the scheme.
  • An actively managed default fund from Standard Life’s corporate investment proposition, as well as access to the full range.

Alan Reid, workplace distribution director at Standard Life, said: “As those employers that are due to stage in 2014 and 2015 start their planning, interest in auto-enrolment from SMEs is naturally increasing.

“We are, therefore, delighted to be working with LEBC to support its small and medium-sized [employer] clients. From the start of the discussions, our focus was on ensuring the implementation process was as painless as possible for the employer, while at the same time providing a quality arrangement and supporting good outcomes for employees.”
