Staff at a London-based recruitment firm have been motivated in jet set style with an all expenses paid trip to New York. Each of Portfolio Payroll's 20 employees were also given a £4,000 bonus following an extremely successful year.
Managing director Danny Done said that despite the £20,000 bill, staying at a five-star hotel in mid-town New York, as well as a number of organised events and team dinners, should be a great motivator for staff. He added that he intended to make such trips an annual event and was already looking at other locations.
