Siemens UK has won the gold award in the employee recognition category of the Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM) Awards 2012.
Siemens UK's Champions programme, which allows employees to recognise their colleagues who demonstrate the firm's corporate values, is available to all 12,000 UK staff.
Recognition nominations can be submitted online or through a freepost card system. Individual employees or teams can be recognised in a number of different ways, including through e-cards, instant rewards and podium awards.
The programme was designed by employee motivation firm P&MM Motivation.
John Sylvester, divisional managing director at P&MM Motivation, said: “We are delighted that Siemens UK and P&MM have gained such great recognition form our industry peers through these awards.”
