Sedgwick, a global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions, has appointed Vicki Cowell (pictured) as head of colleague resources in the UK.
The firm employs nearly 30,000 members of staff across 80 countries. Cowell will seek to drive business performance through the development and implementation of people-oriented strategies and programmes. She will also champion a collaborative approach to enrich colleague resources operational excellence in the UK.
Cowell has 20 years of experience working in various senior human resource roles across the insurance and banking sectors.
