Manufacturing organisation Scania UK has appointed Clare Booth as its new HR director.
Booth (pictured) will take on the responsibility for Scania's UK HR function, supporting over 1,500 employees in its Milton Keynes centre. She will play a key role in leading people strategies and supporting employees working nationwide in commercial vehicle service centres.
She previously undertook several reward and HR roles at manufacturing employer Mercedes Benz and telecommunications organisation BT Group.
Booth said: "I am delighted and proud to be joining such a highly respected, premium organisation as Scania. I am also very much looking forward to working with the team here as we shape the employee journey by transforming this important area of our business, and embedding an HR strategy and an employee experience that puts people at the forefront of everything we do."
