Insurance firm Saga, greeting cards retailer Card Factory and investment banking business Morgan Stanley are among the organisations shortlisted in the Best Benefits to Support Employees Post-Pandemic category, which is sponsored by Salary Finance, at the Employee Benefits Awards 2022.
This accolade, which is a new award for 2022, recognises an organisation that has offered the most effective new employee benefit to help staff following the global healthcare crisis.
The full shortlist for this category is:
- Card Factory
- Morgan Stanley
- Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust
- Saga
The 20th annual awards recognises the hard work carried out by teams during 2021 across 22 categories. Another new category for 2022 is the Best Benefits to support Menopause, Fertility or Pregnancy award, with entrants being judged on their benefits offering that supports staff with their menopause, fertility or pregnancy journey.
The ceremony will also see a finalist win the Grand Prix award, which is the ‘winner of winners’ accolade. It is selected from the winning entries across all other categories and is presented to the organisation that most impressed judges with its overall achievements.
This year’s winners will be announced at the ceremony and summer party, which will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 24 June. Guests can look forward to a champagne reception, three-course lunch, a celebrity host and an unmissable after-party that will include live music, dodgems, a carousel and big wheel in the venue’s private grounds.
The Employee Benefits Awards 2022, which returned to an in-person event last year following the Covid-19 pandemic, enables professionals in the reward, benefits and HR community to celebrate best practice in the field with their peers and colleagues, as well as networking with some of the biggest names, leaders and experts in the industry.
