Entertainment and marketing promotions company RPMC is to launch an incentive programme in the UK that will offer trips to top entertainment events that could include the Grammys and pop concerts. The IncentEvents programme is based on a benefit scheme, run by RPMC in the US, that includes preferential entry to the Grammy Awards.

The company has operated in the US for 21 years and Andy McMorran, Europe managing director of RPMC, said the product offered something different to the UK benefits market.

"[The market lacks] some imagination. We're trying to take the sorts of things people enjoy in their everyday lives and put it in their work lives," he said.

McMorran said IncentEvents, the details of which have to be finalised, can be tailored to employers' needs. The Grammy package maybe one option for employers.

Other incentives will include sports games and music concerts. A product launch is slated for January 2006.
