Ethical online travel company responsibletravel.com has launched a corporate voucher scheme to enable employers to offer staff discounts on ethical holidays.
The bespoke travel vouchers, which start from £50, are designed to suit a range of employee benefit schemes, long service incentives, performance based rewards. Employers can brand e-vouchers for staff and create a dedicated, co-branded landing page on responsibletravel.com.
Employees can use the vouchers they are rewarded to choose from thousands of ethically-run breaks, including trips to eco lodges and adventure holidays. Staff can log on and book a holiday as usual and redeem their vouchers when they go to pay.
Justin Francis, co-founder of responsibletravel.com, said: “In addition to incentivising employees with enjoyable holiday experiences, the scheme gives companies the chance to support their corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitments. With CSR rising higher on every company’s agenda, the importance of ensuring that [their] ethical approach to business is reflected in every aspect of [their] policies, including employee benefits and rewards, is more important than ever before. With over 3,000 holidays potentially available for [a] bespoke scheme there is something to suite all tastes and budgets, whether it is family holidays, intrepid adventure or simply chilling on a beach.”
