Airline Qatar Airways has hired Tim Taylor as vice president, remuneration and organisational design.
Taylor specialises in executive pay, long-term incentives, change management, compensation and benefits, pensions, incentive and recognition programmes, reward communications and mergers and integration.
Taylor most recently worked as head of reward at British Airways, although he has also previously held numerous roles at Tui Travel. This includes director of group reward, head of group reward and head of reward and recognition.
