Sodexho will launch its first multi-store retail voucher in late September. The catering and support company has not yet released specific details about which stores the product will cover, but said it will offer access to a wide range of established retail brands. Sodexho will also offer prize draw competitions and hospitality packages to employees who hold the vouchers. The launch will represent the first time that Sodexho has entered into the employee motivation market. Alexandre Meerson, incentives and motivation director, said the voucher will initially be pitched to employers who currently offer flexible and voluntary benefits schemes. "This is a safe, reliable reward system and is the result of meticulous planning and huge investment," he said.
