Procurement International has acquired OC Tanner's incentive fulfillment and distribution business.
OC Tanner will continue to offer a merchandise distribution service from its warehouse facility in Essex, however, this will now be more targeted to providing a range of product lines that meet the needs of its corporate reward and recognition schemes that are run by employers across the UK and Europe.
Ty Brown, international managing director of OC Tanner, said: "The completion of this sale to Procurement International now allows us to streamline our efforts on expanding our corporate reward and recognition capabilities within the UK and European marketplace."
