Argentex Group, a global provider of currency risk management and alternative banking solutions, has appointed Chrissie Humphrey as its new chief people officer.
Humphrey joins Argentex’s executive committee as part of the firm’s commitment to fostering a strong, dynamic workforce as it continues to scale its operations globally. Her appointment is central to its people agenda, which supports the strategic objectives of operational excellence, product diversification, and geographic expansion.
She brings more than 20 years of experience and an ability to build high-performance teams that drive successful global expansion strategies. Her extensive cross-industry expertise includes improving organisational performance, achieving significant business impact through people, and delivering key strategic programmes, leadership and operational people services across complex, multi-geography business environments.
