Parking operator Purple Parking has introduced a time and attendance system to encourage staff to work flexibly.
The firm, which runs airport parking lots, hoped that the ability to roster more effectively would help it plan flexible shifts, giving staff more choice over their hours of work.
Finance director Peter Hinstridge said that the system, provided by Smart HR, will also help it streamline processes such as payroll and its absence management reporting for its 450 employees.
