Asda will introduce a scheme to motivate staff in the run up to Christmas, offering employees the chance to win a new Vauxhall Corsa car in a prize draw.
The scheme requires all participating stores across the country to focus their sales attention on six products, with each outlet having targets to hit. Employees in the most successful three stores will be entered into a prize draw in December to win the car.
The car prize draw will take place again in January, and if successful will be repeated throughout the year. Asda's 'seasonal squad' of workers will also be eligible to enter the prize draw.
