Managers at the coach firm can reward high-performers with a branded cheque for any sum. Awards of over £500 need to be signed off by a senior manager.
Employees can buy a gift from the firm's website or opt for vouchers from various retailers and service providers.
The value of the fake cheque is credited to an account set up for each employee.
