Conservatory designer Mozolowski and Murray has extended the coverage of its employer-funded health cash plans for staff.

The firm, which introduced cash plans for staff two years ago, has upgraded its offering to include larger cash payments for medical treatments and a greater range of procedures.

From last month, employees have access to dental treatment of up to £180 and £360 for accidents relating in a broken tooth. Optical benefits of up to £180 are also provided, as well as cover worth up to £500 on alternative therapies or physiotherapy.

In addition, up to £500 can be paid out for private medical consultations and £75 for chiropody treatments. MRI, CT and pet scans are also covered and the plan covers 60 different surgical procedures.

The cash plan, provided by Westfield Health, also offers online personal health risk assessments, access to a 24-hour telephone counseling service and face-to-face sessions.

Nikky Miller, HR manager at Mozolowski and Murray, said: “As the [cash plan] has been widely used and very successful we increased all our employees up to the next level of cover.”
