EXCLUSIVE: WB Power Services has introduced eyecare e-vouchers for its 41 members of staff.
The supplier of temporary and back-up power solutions already provides safety eyewear for its engineers, and will be offering optical care e-vouchers as an additional extra.
This new benefit, provided by Specsavers Corporate Eyecare, will be available to all WB Power Services workers.
The e-vouchers cover full eye examination including retinal photography if appropriate, as well as a complete pair of glasses.
Vouchers can also be used as a £45 contribution towards other higher-priced frames, including designer glasses.
Even if an employee does not require glasses, the eyecare e-voucher can be used to purchase a pair of non-prescription sunglasses.
WB Power Services Employees already receive free annual eye tests.
Angela Okane, quality health safety and environment officer at WB Power Services said: “We take eyecare very seriously and offer annual eye tests as standard to all employees. This means that we need to be confident in the cost, service and expertise of our eyecare provider.
“Specsavers Corporate Eyecare’s e-vouchers are very easy to use, they offer excellent value for money and a wide variety of frames to choose from.”
