P&MM has added The White Company to its range of reward and recognition programmes.

The retailer will join P&MM’s pre-paid gift card programme, Spree, which can be used in more than 32 million outlets worldwide.

The White Company gift vouchers will also be added to P&MM’s reward platforms, including RewardBanking, Lifestyle and Entice.

RewardBanking is an online reward catalogue that uses a points currency to recognise and reward sales staff for their efforts.

Lifestyle is an everyday employee discounts platform that gives access to more than 8,500 different offers and discounts from retailers and service providers.

Entice is an online reward platform with more than 3,500 offers and discounts available.

John Sylvester, director of P&MM, said: “We chose to partner with The White Company following requests from a number of participants on our employer programmes.

“We believe that The White Company will make a valuable addition to our portfolio of employee rewards, benefits and consumer cash-back programmes.”
