Global employee recognition and workplace culture organisation OC Tanner is to acquire Australian employee recognition provider Accumulate Loyalty Services.
The acquisition, which will be completed on 31 October 2017, will enable OC Tanner to better support its multinational clients which have a presence in Australia, as well as expand the organisation’s global presence.
The acquisition will also enable OC Tanner to bring its research and publishing arm, the OC Tanner Institute, to the Australian market.
Accumulate Loyalty Services will become a wholly owned subsidiary of OC Tanner, and continue to deliver products and services to its existing clients. Accumulate Loyalty Services’ previous owner, Qantas, will continue its relationship with the organisation as a client.
