Something for the weekend: UK and Australia-based employees at recruitment firm Logical Resources Sales and Technical Recruitment will not have to steer clear of soggy Brussels sprouts at their workplace Christmas party this year, as the organisation has opted to jet its 11 employees to Thailand for an alternative festive shindig.
To celebrate achieving ambitious revenue targets before deadline, directors Rob Carlton and Kurt Wagner will treat their Leeds and Melbourne-based employees to a week-long, all-expenses-paid holiday to Phuket, Thailand.
Staying at the Novotel at Kamala Beach hotel, just north of Patong Beach, between 10 and 17 December 2018, employees will be able to enjoy the exciting nearby nightlife as a reward for their hard work in hitting the organisation's high-flying target.
This is not the first time that Logical Resources Sales and Technical Recruitment staff have enjoyed a sojourn away in recognition of team success; staff have previously been rewarded with two trips to Ibiza, a stay in Barcelona and a visit to Tomorrowland, a festival in Belgium.
Rob Carlton, director at Logical Resources Sales and Technical Recruitment, said: “We believe that recognition in the workplace has the power to transform lives, and this is an attitude we’ve taken at Logical Resources Sales and Technical Recruitment over the years. An engaged, committed workforce is absolutely critical to maintaining a positive internal culture, as well as [to generate] business growth, so it makes sense to reward our employees when it’s due.
“We set some really aggressive targets for this incentive, so it’s testament to the team’s passion, commitment and ability that they managed to succeed, helping our clients to achieve their goals while also reaching our own business objectives.”
