Lakeview Manor on the hunt for canine testers to assess lodging experience

Something for the weekend: Private estate Lakeview Manor is on the hunt for a diligent dog to take part in a holiday testing experience.

Situated in a pawfectly private estate, the organisation is looking for an aspiring dog, and its owner, to test out one of its lodgein Lyme Regis, Blackdown Hills or one of its other East Devon locations.

During its two-week contract, the successful cunning canine will be tasked with sniffing out the best spot in town for a cuddle, completing a walk using dog-friendly country trails, discovering the most ideal place for fetching sticks, and finishing off with a visit to a dog-friendly pub or restaurant for a well-deserved bowl of water.  Dogs are tasked with providing their paw-sitive feedback by woofing their delight, vigorous tail-wagging and overexcited face licking.

As well as Lakeview Manor offering two-weeks’ worth of free stay for dog and owner, it will also be rewarding a £300 payment to cover expenses such as doggie treats and rubber balls. However, it is not a walk in the park to get this coveted role, pawsome applicants will need to fill out an application form explaining why they are the right dog for the job.

A spokesperson at Lakeview Manor said: “For dogs who love to explore new places with their human, our lodges are the perfect home away from home. Help us road test them out and enjoy a well-earned break which spoils your pup.”

Here at Employee Benefits, we do hope that the successful canine does not go walkies with the £300 payment and at least shares some of it with his or her master.
