Kry promotes Anna Fullerton-Batten to global chief HR officer

Anna Fullerton-BattenDigital healthcare provider Kry has promoted current senior vice president of global talent Anna Fullerton-Batten (pictured) to the role of global chief HR officer.

In her new role, Fullerton-Batten aims to drive a cohesive global people and culture strategy that deepens performance and organisational efficiencies to accelerate value and scale.

Working closely with the executive and senior management team, she will lead initiatives such as developing an employee value proposition (EVP), embedding a distributed way of working to cater for remote talent, and creating a relevant diversity and inclusion strategy.

Fullerton-Batten previously worked at Amazon, Microsoft and Johnson and Johnson, and as a trained executive coach and regular speaker at global conferences on the future of workforces, female leadership and diversity.
