Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is to offer childcare vouchers to all its 8,000 employees in the UK from November.
Samantha Goldsmith, HR compensation and benefits officer at KFC UK admitted that although the childcare vouchers will be made available to all employees throughout the fast food chain, the company only had plans to encourage the 120 head office staff and store managers to take them up.
She explained: "A high labour turnover among our store staff will cause headaches for this scheme." The vouchers will join a pension scheme and healthcare provision.
