JCB has appointed Michael C Fina to develop and run its global employee long service scheme for its 6,300 employees across 150 countries.
Kerry Jones, HR manager at the construction equipment manufacturer, said that flexibility was important to the scheme. "We value and appreciate our staff greatly and wanted to give them the option of determining their own award rather than having to accept a pre-determined gift chosen by another member of staff."
Jonathan Haskell, chief executive officer of Michael C Fina, added that the programme was required to provide a variety of rewards in order to appeal to a wider global audience.
