Home Group is to re-launch its employee benefits package and introduce three new benefits later this month.
Its map-themed re-launch (pictured) will bring together Home Group’s full benefits proposition in a single web-based portal, provided by Edenred. The move is aimed at driving up employees’ engagement with benefits.
As well as repositioning its existing benefits, Home Group will introduce discounted gym membership, a computer salary sacrifice scheme and a Gourmet Society card, following feedback from employees.
The portal, called Reward Scene, divides the benefits on offer into themed zones.
Kelly Mitchell, reward and shared services manager at Home Group, said: “The three zones reflect the three core parts of our benefits and recognition proposition: Benefits Boulevard, Hero Heights and Wellbeing Walk. Themed street signs, such as Learning Lane, Fitness Flyover and Recognition Road, make it easy to find what [employees] are looking for and encourage them to explore new benefits in a fun and engaging way.
“When it came to re-launching our benefits proposition, we wanted something that was appealing to our employees and easy to understand, while enforcing our identity and values.
“We also recognised the importance of communication and have continued the map theme into our launch campaign through the use of street sign posters, guide maps and tour guide flags.”
