
Law firm Ison Harrison, Myerson Solicitors and Attraction Tickets are among the employers that have been recognised at the UK Employee-Owned Business of the Year Awards 2025.
Held at the Telford International Centre as part of the Employee Ownership Association (EOA) Annual Conference, the ceremony celebrates employee-owned organisations that demonstrate excellence in delivering employee wellbeing, driving business growth and productivity, and creating a positive impact on their communities.
Ison Harrison was recognised in the EO Business of the Year category for its performance between July 2024 and July 2025, and evidence of how an employee ownership culture drives innovation, performance, and long-term sustainability.
Other awards included EO Transition of the Year, which Myerson Solicitors won and Attraction Tickets was highly commended, as well as EO Rising Star of the Year and Employee Owner of the Year. Other winning and highly commended organisations included Coda, Grapevine Telecom, Melior Solutions, and 20/20 Project Management Training.
