Starting a Health and Fitness Journey

An active lifestyle and fitness journey will look different for everyone. It is vital to avoid comparison or competition when you are starting out, and you may also need to try a few things out to see what you enjoy. You are likelier to stick with your routine when you have something to work towards. So, break down your fitness goals to make them clear and actionable (4).
