Engineering and technology organisation Frazer-Nash has appointed Sam Geis as its new people director.
Geis (pictured) moves to the newly created role, underpinning the organisation's people strategy while committing to developing an effective diversity and inclusion strategy. Geis, who has been with the organisation since 2017, has played a pivotal role in leading people strategies and playing an integral role in employee engagement throughout the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.
She was previously head of HR at Frazer-Nash, while also taking up several HR consultancy jobs.
Geis said: “I see the Board’s invitation to join them in delivering our long-term business strategy as recognition of the importance of our people.
“Our HR team will continue to focus on creating an environment where everyone can be their very best selves. And we’ll work to support our ‘one Frazer-Nash’ culture, where our values are lived and placed at the very heart of everything we do.
“From a personal perspective, I am delighted. Frazer-Nash is a fantastic business that is dedicated to delivering the very best for its customers and creating an environment where its people can flourish.”
