Globoforce has added new social media and mobile enhancements to its employee recognition programme.
The enhancements were designed to give HR professionals more flexibility and control over the nomination and reward redemption process.
The enhancements include:
- A mobile application that features an employer’s continuous social feed to provide visibility into the organisation’s culture and values in action.
