Pensions auto-enrolment has also been a huge area of focus for many employers over the past year and this looks set to continue into 2014.
To reward and recognise all the hard work employers have invested in this, we have introduced the category ’Best pensions auto-enrolment strategy’.
Employers are encouraged to enter initiatives they have introduced during the past year, as well as successful longer-running benefits strategies.
As long as the quantifiable measures to demonstrate a benefit’s or scheme’s success are from 2013, there is no restriction on how long ago it was launched. However, to be in with a chance of winning, it is vital that entrants show results and demonstrate how these met their original objectives.
The deadline for entries is 17 January 2014.
