Online gambling organisation Kindred Group has hired Nick Fryer as interim reward consultant.
Fryer specialises in the delivery of core reward processes, particularly around pay and bonus systems, as well as the development of strategies to contain non-standard employee benefits and migrate employees to standard benefits structures.
Previously, Fryer has worked as interim reward manager at M&G Prudential and interim reward project manager for Action for Children.Fryer also currently works as interim reward manager and consultant at Cherwell Bridge.
