Xerox HR Services has announced that its online benefits portal will now be known as ‘Life Connect’ (previously Compass), in order to align its platforms globally and offer an aligned proposition to its clients.

John Deacon, head of Corporate Solutions, Xerox HR Services comments: “This change allows us to provide consistency and clarity across the whole of Xerox HR Services globally. Whilst the portal will be known as Life Connect internationally, it will be adapted to each individual market to take account of different benefit schemes, enabling companies that work across different regions to use it for their employees locally and globally.

“Life Connect uses Xerox technology to enable employees to plan and track their entire benefits and rewards package wherever they are; at work, on the move or at home. Through the portal, employees are given information to allow them to make effective choices for their benefits, including modelling and monitoring tools to enable planning for the future, as well as having the freedom to take action themselves, taking control of their own career, health, and wealth.”

Employers have the option to tailor Life Connect with any number of features and functions:

Pension and savings – including learning tools, retirement income modelling, and pensions administration

Health, risk and wellness – bringing together tools and information on mental, physical and financial wellbeing

Flexible benefits – using the award-winning system, Darwin™, so that individuals can select and administer their own benefits

Share plans – utilising Xerox’s Shareplan platform, to manage and monitor employee share ownership and value

Total reward – showing the full worth of the reward package, with a complete overview of an employee’s pay and benefits.
