Technical engineering recruitment organisation Fircroft has appointed Leonie Williams as its board director for human resources.
In this newly created role, Williams will support the organisation's vision of providing best-in-class workforce solutions to the global technology engineering industries. She will also focus on delivering a common goal and organisation mission through a robust HR function.
Williams has experience of leading and managing geographically diverse and multicultural businesses across the automotive, manufacturing, consumer, aviation and supply chain sectors.
Previously, Williams has worked as HR director, group cabin services at Thomas Cook Airlines, group talent and management development manager at Volkswagen AG, head of HR operations and employee relations at Bentley Motors, regional HR manager at Wincanton and personnel manager at Asda.
