Through the partnership, employees with access to Reward Gateway | Edenred’s employee experience hub will also be able to access Nudge’s financial education support, which includes tracking financial health, interests, benefit campaign outcomes and wider business impact.

The aim of the partnership is to improve employees’ experience, increase retention and attraction, and build better, stronger and more resilient organisations. The two providers are also seeking to address the impact that financial stress is having on people and workforces across the country.

Reward Gateway | Edenred chose to partner with Nudge because there was deemed to be a natural fit between their products, and that its impartiality would help provide trusted, inclusive and data-driven financial education to its users across the globe.

Tim Perkins, chief executive officer (CEO) and co-founder of Nudge, said: “Our partnership with Reward Gateway | Edenred marks a significant milestone for Nudge. Our recent research shows that reducing financial stress increases employee engagement. By collaborating with Reward Gateway | Edenred, we can expand our reach to support more people worldwide, helping to reduce financial stress and, as a result, improve employee engagement and overall employee experience.”

Nick Burns, CEO of Reward Gateway | Edenred, added: “We couldn’t be happier with the partnership with Nudge as we continue to strengthen our employee experience offering. Together with Nudge’s personalised and inclusive approach to financial education, our collaboration will step-change engagement, talent acquisition and retention, and create values-driven growth for our clients. We can’t wait for more people across the globe to have the tools and knowledge to thrive financially and contribute to a better world at work.”
