Stationary brand Papier has introduced a financial wellbeing platform for its 99 employees.
The platform, provided by Bippit, gives employees access to one-to-one financial coaching with a professionally qualified Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) coach matched to their needs, after they answer questions about their financial concerns.
The service offers tools for Papier staff to navigate the cost-of-living crisis, including personalised learning resources and money management plans, monthly webinars and interactive workshops on topics such as pensions, protection and budgeting. It also provides tools and calculators to track goals, analyse spending, and review financial health checks, as well as the chance to participate in financial-related challenges.
Papier decided to introduce the platform as it matched the type of support its employees were looking for, with the personalised approach to financial wellbeing likely to improve the team’s long-term financial health.
Claire Hunter, people and culture manager at Papier, said: “The pandemic really gave employers the platform to look at financial wellbeing, examine it and discuss it. At Papier, we never assume what people need and we really identify the gaps and listen to their feedback and implement things that really give them more of what they want.
“Anything we bring on, we want to be a genuine offering for the team; we want to make sure it’s something our employees enjoy, benefit from and can rely on in times of need. We want to ensure our approach to wellbeing at Papier doesn’t have to be reactive, and we have initiatives already in place for our team should they need the support.”
Papier also offers its employees 25 days of annual leave a year including bank holidays, a bikes-for-work scheme, flexible working, private medical insurance and paid sick leave for both physical and mental health.
