About half of the staff at social landlord East Thames Group have registered with the new online benefits portal it launched in April.
Available benefits include discounted gym membership, childcare vouchers, bikes for work, and health and wellbeing perks.
East Thames Group also uses its Benefit Select portal to supply information to employees about its pension scheme, life insurance, income protection and an employee assistance programme.
John Lucey, HR business partner at East Thames, said: “The portal brings all our benefits together in one place, making it much easier for staff to take advantage of all the benefits on offer.”
