Keith Williams (pictured), HR services director, employee experience at consumer goods organisation Unilever, is to deliver one of the prominent keynote addresses at Employee Benefits Live 2018 this October.
His session, titled ‘Reimagining the employee experience: adventures in artificial intelligence’, will form part of the extensive conference programme that will be running for the duration of the two-day event, held on Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 October 2018 at ExCeL London.
Williams’ session will take a deep dive exploration into all things digital and technology-focused, as he analyses what a digital project really looks like, what it takes to build a chatbot that understands natural language, and investigates how an employer can both manage expectations and change behaviours when the technology it is developing is still in its infancy. Williams will additionally outline how marketing techniques can help to create a true employee-centric experience.
Delegates will also be able to gain insight from Williams' own experiences, as he details what he has learned from being the product owner of Unilever’s own Una technologies. Williams can further add perspective on being an HR technology innovation strategist, design thinking champion and parent to a chatbot.
Having spent the past 10 years at Unilever, Williams has vast experience heading up technology projects across areas such as reward and benefits, knowledge, employee engagement, communications and cognitive artificial intelligence.
The keynote presentation and wider conference programme will operate alongside a large exhibition to facilitate industry learning and networking with peers, providers and those at the forefront of the employee benefits and reward space.
