Comedian and actor Kerry Godliman will host the Employee Benefits Awards 2019 on Friday 7 June 2019.
Godliman is well known for her stand-up comedy performances, including appearances on Live at the Apollo. She is also a regular figure on television panel shows such as Mock the Week and 8 Out of 10 Cats. Godliman has also participated in Radio 4’s News Quiz, The Now Show, Just a Minute and her own show, Kerry’s List.
Godliman's acting career has also included a variety of roles on popular TV series, such as Casualty, The Bill, Him and Her, Miranda, Extras and Derek. She has also starred in the Netflix comic film Mascots and BBC military drama Our Girl, as well as performing on stage in the National Theatre’s production of England People Very Nice.
Godliman will host this year's Employee Benefits Awards, a lunchtime ceremony recognising outstanding successes and achievements in the reward and benefits industry over the past year. Employers from a wide range of industries will achieve accolades in categories such as Best benefits communication, Best alignment of benefits to business strategy, and Best healthcare and wellbeing benefits, as well as the coveted Grand Prix.
This year, in addition to showcasing one person's impact in the field through the Employee benefits professional of the year award, a new Rising star category has been added. This will be awarded to an individual who has made a strong impression within the first five years of their career.
The Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party will be hosted at The Pavilion at The Tower of London on Friday 7 June 2019.
