Frontier Agriculture will discuss the role of HR in reinforcing an organisation’s values and employer brand at Employee Benefits Live 2016.
Jon Berry (pictured), head of human resources at Frontier Agriculture, will speak alongside Tim Kensey, HR director at Birds Eye Iglo Group, and Rebecca Seymour, head of HR at Peugeot Citroën, in a session entitled HR’s role in helping establish corporate and brand identity, on Tuesday 11 October.
Berry will explain how HR can work with the business to deliver on an organisation’s key principles, and assert its vision and values throughout the whole lifecycle of the employee.
He will draw on examples of how values such as integrity, customer focus, and expertise are embedded into the recruitment process at Frontier Agriculture.
Berry will also touch on how these values, alongside Frontier Agriculture’s commitment to sustainability, and health and safety, are reinforced during inductions for new joiners, and throughout performance and development, and review processes for staff.
Berry said: “We want to deliver a fantastic employee experience, so employee benefits and all of those kinds of things are part of the reality of working at Frontier; but also when we say employer branding, we want to live up to the promise that we make.”
Employee Benefits Live 2016 will take place on Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 October at Olympia National, London. Register to attend for free and view the full conference programme.
