EXCLUSIVE: Countrywide will discuss how to structure and implement a cost-efficient benefits strategy at Employee Benefits Live 2016.
Neil Goodwin (pictured), head of reward, human resources, at Countrywide, will present the session on cost-efficient benefits strategies as part of the benefits on a budget conference stream on Wednesday 12 October 2016.
During the session, Goodwin will provide examples of the steps he has taken at Countrywide to enhance cost-efficiency, such as improved communication to boost benefits take up, and offering staff discounts on the organisation’s own products and services.
The presentation will examine the initial quick wins that can be made to achieve cost savings, followed by a wider strategic approach. Goodwin will also discuss how the savings generated can be used to make the business case for further investment in benefits and to gain executive buy-in.
Goodwin said: “When [organisations] are designing a benefits strategy, understanding what is currently in place and why is key. Exploring any quick wins and cost savings is also key to fund any future investment. Then [organisations should] define clear objectives and success measures.”
Employee Benefits Live 2016 will take place on Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 October at Olympia National, London. Register to attend for free and view the full conference programme.
