STA Travel changed employee behaviour and boosted staff performance with its Girls and Boys incentive scheme. Rob Hartley, area sales manager and Stu Booy, telesales manager at the student travel company, said that the scheme was tailored to suit its young workforce. Ten winners were given £1,000 to spend in an hour.
