Claire England has joined professional services firm JLL as its new director for diversity and inclusion.

In her new role, England will liaise with JLL's HR and sustainability teams in order to oversee the organisation's UK diversity and inclusion strategy. This will include delivering diversity and inclusion targets as part of JLL's Building a Better Tomorrow programme, acting as an ambassador internally and externally for diversity and inclusion, and working with JLL's employee diversity networks.

England has 15 years of industry experience across the legal, financial services and retail sectors. This includes her previous roles at law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner, where she most recently worked as head of diversity and inclusion. She has also worked as senior graduate recruitment officer at Irwin Mitchell and resourcing adviser at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
