The agenda for Employee Benefits Live 2022, which will take place at ExCeL London on 5-6 October 2022, has been announced.
Employee Benefits Live is Europe’s largest dedicated reward and benefits event for the HR and reward industry, providing the opportunity for more than 1,500 compensation, benefits and HR professionals to learn and be inspired by leading figures in the industry, through keynotes, case studies, panel debates and practical ‘How To’ sessions.
The event enables forward-thinking professionals to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in order to provide effective benefits solutions and strategies.
Spread across four theatres, the event offers an extensive editorial-driven programme, consisting of several topical streams of free content, covering every aspect of benefits, reward and pensions. This year’s two-day conference will include streams on health and wellness, financial reward and pensions, engagement, motivation and recognition, and cost-effective benefits.
Speakers will include Jessica Badley, director of people at the British Society of Rheumatology, Jo Udall, pensions manager UK and Ireland at Siemens, Antonia Dietmann, head of employee engagement at the Ministry of Justice, and Louisa Neale, head of people and culture at The Office of the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales, among others.
In addition to this, attendees will also have the chance to meet with colleagues, peers, industry experts and providers across the exhibition floor or during conference sessions over the course of the two days.
