The Employee Benefits Awards, which returned in-person last year following the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, is the event of the year for the reward, benefits and HR community. Employers from a wide range of industries, including education, hospitality, law and more, will be highlighted and rewarded at the hotly anticipated event.
The Employee Benefits Awards 2022 will enable HR, benefits and reward professionals to celebrate best practice in the field with peers and colleagues, as well as networking with industry leaders and experts, rubbing shoulders with some of the biggest names in the industry.
Rachel Murray, benefits lead and rewards manager at Wood Group UK, (pictured, centre) won the coveted Benefits Professional of the Year award at last year’s ceremony. The judges were impressed by her “unwavering commitment to improving the employee experience since joining the reward team at Wood Group UK in November 2018”.
