Michael Cope has joined not-for-profit social enterprise organisation the National Citizen Service Trust (NCS) as its remuneration and policy manager.
As part of his new role, Cope will develop and implement an approach to align reward and performance, introduce a benefits menu and platform and an HR policy suite, create grading and pay structures, and design an employment brand.
Previously, Cope worked as a compensation consultant, interim, at Willis Towers Watson, compensation and benefits manager, Europe at QVC, compensation and benefits manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK, and senior reward manager, interim, at Shop Direct.
