National measurement standards organisation the National Physical Laboratory has hired Michael Cope as its new reward manager.
Cope has expertise in developing total reward strategies to support and drive organisational objectives and values, and in aligning reward and performance to generate a return on investment around pay, bonuses and recognition.
Previously, Cope was remuneration and policy manager at the National Citizen Service Trust. He has also worked as a compensation consultant at Willis Towers Watson, compensation and benefits manager, Europe at QVC and compensation and benefits manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK.
