Trader Media Group (TMG) has outsourced the management of its 250 vehicle fleet and 169 cash allowance drivers to Zenith Provecta.
The outsourced fleet management service will include contract hire, maintenance, accident management, risk management and daily rental. TMG has also extended the vehicle choice.
Staff will have access to a bespoke website which allows drivers to obtain and compare vehicle quotations, arrange test drives, order cars online, book replacement tyres and services and report any vehicle damage using an online vehicle inspection form.
Joanne Walker, TMG’s HR director, said: “One of our key objectives was to improve employee engagement and we worked very closely with Zenith Provecta to achieve this goal. Our new online drivers’ website instantly gives our employees control over their vehicle choices.”
