Pensions software provider Claybrook has launched a service that enables employees to access their workplace pension information via a mobile phone or tablet.

The service is compatible with mobile platforms including Windows Phone, Apple iOS and Google Android.

Staff are able to check fund valuation, manage investments online, calculate their estimated pension and any tax-free cash, and engage with their scheme providers using the mobile access.

Tony Murphy, director at Claybrook, said: “It is currently estimated that by 2014 mobile web use will have outstripped desktop use.

“With auto-enrolment increasing the number of people who will want access to their scheme, mobile web optimisation is the obvious step forward.”
